By using toolguys.app (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms cover this website only -- if you sign up for one of our products, such as Simply Print Checks, that product has its own Terms of Service which also apply (see checks.toolguys.app's Terms of Service as an example).

2. About Toolguys

Toolguys builds small, focused software products for small businesses. This website is intended to introduce those products and point you to them -- it does not itself collect payments, create accounts, or store customer data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers/networks connected to it
• Scrape or harvest content from the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on it

This Site links to our own products (such as checks.toolguys.app), each of which is governed by its own separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party site we might link to in the future.
